Services

SummitBuild Bullhead Roofers provides professional roofing services including roof repair, replacement, installation, inspection, and maintenance. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Service estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.

Pricing and Payment

All prices quoted are estimates based on the information provided at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary if additional work is required once the project begins.

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A deposit may be required for larger projects before work begins.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work with warranties on both labor and materials. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your service agreement. Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate from our labor warranty.

Warranties may be voided if unauthorized repairs or modifications are made to the roof after our work is completed.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We will make every effort to complete your project on schedule. However, weather conditions, material availability, and unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We will notify you as soon as possible of any changes to the schedule.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellation fees may apply for projects where materials have already been ordered.

Property Access and Safety

By hiring our services, you grant us access to your property for the duration of the project. We will take reasonable precautions to protect your property, but you are responsible for moving any valuables or items that could be damaged.

For your safety and ours, we ask that you keep children and pets away from the work area while our crew is on site.

Liability

SummitBuild Bullhead Roofers carries appropriate insurance for all work performed. We are not liable for damage to your property caused by pre-existing conditions that were not visible during the initial inspection.

In no event shall SummitBuild Bullhead Roofers be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of SummitBuild Bullhead Roofers and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our written permission.
